The company is run by two directors and resourced by cleaning and maintenance operatives. Our directors are proactive and fully involved in all aspects of the business. One of our directors has been managing contracts in the cleaning industry for over 8 years and brings valuable experience and expertise to the business. Our operatives are always kind, punctual, caring and able to respond to our clients needs promptly.
At BASE we believe that the cleaning service we provide must be a Total Quality Service and we work hard to deliver the results customers want. Indeed, we will keep aiming to exceed our clients' expectations, which is the key to our success since 2003.
The company currently employs a number of permanent staff, and maintains a register of several additional operatives who are employed as required by the company. Staff are fully vetted and we undertake Criminal Record Bureaux checks on operatives.
Regular Training is provided to staff and each operative is provided with a comprehensive operations Manual for reference and guidance.
We believe that the reputation of our company is vested in the performance of our staff. For this reason BASE takes careful steps to ensure that staff members are of the highest calibre with respect not just to their technical ability, but also in relation to their honesty, reliability and courtesy. Consequently, our policy is not to use agency staff whom we have not been able to vet for ourselves. |
